Delightful Recipe: Tender coconut milkshake

Try this yummy milkshake to beat the heat this Summer


1/2 cup- Tender coconut, chopped 2 inch slice

1 cup- Tender coconut water

3/4 cup – Milk, chilled

1-2 tbsp – Sugar or honey


Use fresh tender coconuts rather than frozen or canned ones. If you have the fresh tender coconut, first make a small hole on the top of the shell using a sharp knife. Pour the coconut water into a bowl, keep aside. Break the coconut into halves. Scoop out the flesh. Cut the flesh into small slices. In a blender, blend together the coconut slices, coconut water, milk and sugar or honey. Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
